Take the L train to Brooklyn.
Get off the train at the 3rd stop: Graham Avenue.
Take the exit to your right side and walk until you get to Grand Street. Take a right and walk one block.
Turn left onto Manhattan Avenue and walk half a block. Here we are at 228.
